COVID-19 Response

During these times, we are doing what we can to help stop the spread of COVID-19. We prioritize both the health and wellness of our employees while also getting you the items you ordered in as timely a manner as possible. Here are the steps we have taken along with our partner companies to help:

  • Staggering shifts and maintaining a minimum 6-foot distance between each station
  • Distributing PPE such as safety masks and gloves to all employees
  • In Charlotte, there is an on-site wellness clinic with health consultations available 24/7 over the phone

We are committed to keeping our teams safe and we'll continue to follow guidelines from the CDC, WHO, US Department of State, and local governments and health agencies.

Due to this, we are seeing longer delays in producing some items, due to supply chain issues and limiting the staff we have on site. Please bare with us as we continue to monitor the situation we are dealing with. Some orders are being fulfilled in the US, and some in the EU due to the supply chains to the US being delayed as heavily as they are. Because of this, some shipping times have been increased, but the price won't change for you. We are covering any additional costs in shipping to get you the order you want in as timely a manner as possible.
